As are deer stands. This might as well be baiting, which, by the way, is illegal in Iowa. And just plain mean. If you are going to care for the wildlife then don't betray them by killing or maiming them...where are your morals? Do the respectable thing and turn your sanctuarys into watching and photography areas. Iowa needs more safe wild places for passive nature activities. Hunting is so "yesterday."
